I use to love pages 8~10. You use the work "INDEX" and you could get a ton of FTP sites with weird crap.
Today, you can't go past page 10. Most of the times you can't go past page 5. It's very difficult to find minor sites and independent blogs without very specific words.
Router ran out of space again today, apparently due to a lot of dead kernels that needed to be cleaned up. This Lanner embedded appliance I got off of eBay years ago came with a 30GB hard drive. Should be more than enough, but I've been bit a few times by logs, package cache and other crap.
Finally imaged the old 30GB to a 240GB spare I had using dd. Had the drives just hanging out the side of my desktop. Also gives me a backup image of the router itself ... also another Ethernet port on the Lanner died, so I'm down to three working ports 😩
My PS5 firmware is at 24.04 😩 .. should have never connected it to the Internet (although most games have firmware updates embedded on disc now). The biggest issue with the PS5 is that even with those hacks, no one has broken out of the Sony Hypervisor (every game an app on a PS5 is run in a VM). It's a custom Hypervisor and AMD even added special instructions just for Sony, so it's not even a standard x86_64 chip in there.
I funnel all my torrent traffic through an Incognet VM. I pirate PS4, 3DS and Vita games, but I don't like running torrented binaries on my one Windows machine. I still by physical discs for the PS5 and keep it disconnected from the Internet these days.
I thought about modding my OLED Switch, but those mod chips look like a nightmare to install and I do not have those types of soldering skills.
How long have you had your previous phone? I've heard the folding ones have gotten better for durability.
I pick phones based on if there is LineageOS support because I always wipe the device and remove all the google services, so probably not the best person to judge phones for normal people. :blobfoxinnocent:
I wonder how long it will be until humanity realizes vaccines don't really do anything and we see people discard and revoke them en-mass. 5 years? 50 years? another 100 years?
