One of my biggest tech desires for the next like 10 years: I’ve been dreaming of an IRL Adblock. Some kind of software running on AR glasses and AirPods or whatever that blocks irl ads and unwanted audio.

It’d be really nice to go out and not hear bad music as ambiance and see ads everywhere lol

Asking for money for free software is a huge taboo for some reason and anyone who does it gets shit on, so obviously no money goes towards the projects, so obviously they are far behind paid options offered on MacOS or whatever

In a surprise to basically no one, SteamOS massively outperforms Windows on PC handhelds.
