@mischievoustomato miami can be fun but generally south east florida is kinda crappie.

From my understanding a lot of people that moved to Florida during covid are now selling their homes theirs no shortage of homes for sale but everyone refuses to sell them for a reasonable price. I dont think this problem will ever solve itself people have been saying the real-estate bubble is going to burst for over a decade and nothing has happened.

@mischievoustomato @anemone idk what housing is like in your country but in America its nearly impossible to own a home. These people are packed together like sardines but those homes are well over 300k maybe even 500k.
