I'm still confused about what the issue is. Why would a perfectly formed URL to my article go to a JSON file, and what does that have to do with the ActivityPub plugin? I can't replicate any of this. Is the ActivityPub plugin doing some sort of routing on my WP install when referrers come from Mastodon?

Strange. The ActivityPub plugin for WordPress automatically generates that post, and when I click the link, it opens the article on the site as it should. I wonder if it's related to the client you're using. Maybe it's not correctly interpreting whatever the plugin is broadcasting. 🤷

I randomly discovered @signalapp's "Note to Self" feature when testing my profile link before sending it to a friend. I like it!

And I sent myself a @Mastodon sticker to make @Gargron proud. 😆

I'm a fan of the client-side share link, but I would definitely use a browser extension if one existed, because that would make it easy to share any page on Mastodon.

An ideal extension would:

1. Support multiple accounts.

2. If only one account, clicking the button creates a new post draft.

3. If multiple accounts, clicking the button has me select the account, and then it creates a new post draft.

I wonder if cats think we're being silly or just showing off when they see us walking on two legs.
