Dublins Graffitti game was pretty strong.
Been way to busy to deal with photos recently but missing shooting and getting back into a routine now that schools back so hopefully back to it.

Been a long time since I made it up a hill so was wondering what I was doing this time last year.
Summit camp up Ben Cruachan, caught a beautiful sunrise.
I think a cool thing we could do on Mastodon is have profiles list various activitypub compliant accounts, the follow button could then show that list of accounts and you can pick which ones to follow (ie their photos, dev blog, personal account etc).
This could probably be implemented entirely by clients without any protocol changes needed.
@forteller I did recently fix a bug with open tab search @ https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1797488
The heuristic one is tricky, I didnt work on that but usually only changes when there are strong signals its a change for the good and every single change is going to not work ideally for someone.

One of the reasons I get fustrated about people gatekeeping the fediverse and banning the general public etc, its very hard to see something like Kenmure Street happening on here as things are.
I knew / followed the first people who saw the Kenmure street van, I met them via twitter. I don't think a single person in that group have moved over here.
Today is my 12 year anniversary working at Mozilla.
Long time to be in the one place, but working on some of the most exciting updates at the moment.
If you are on Nightly and want to test something new, flip `browser.urlbar.secondaryActions.featureGate = true` to enable, love to hear feedback.
How do people actually transfer things between their phone and computer without saving email drafts?
@tokyo_0 It is a very explicit goal to "defedirate" threads - "the purpose of The Pact is to embolden instances to commit to blocking project92/barcelona/threads" -https://fedipact.online/why
Not sure if you are intentionally misleading or genuinely misunderstood, but it would be nice if people could be honest about their arguments.
@lmorchard I agree that I don't think it will be successful, however the same group of people have successfully shut down a bunch of fedi related projects. I don't think its a foregone conclusion especially considering how centralised the fediverse is and is likely to remain.
Also campaigns like this fail because people push back against them, which is what was being subtweeted about.
@lmorchard my point was specifically about the very vocal campaign to try and make sure there is no choice (see #fedipact)
People who can run servers do have opinions, I don't think it's a great idea to be tightly coupling DevOps experience with who should be making moderation and safety decisions on my behalf

Seeing lots of discussion around Firefox marketshare, would be interested to hear what features / functionality people thought Firefox could implement that would make a big impact?
Enabled this feature by default last week so in Firefox 122 the search suggestions will show images + descriiptions when available - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1867375
May as well take some photos while I am here.
Mr Ranier from Seward Park during sunset
@siege lol would like to see how that turned out, sounds like something to be proud of
This is still the pinnacle of graphic design
