Suggesting ANY candidate other than the one who successfully received enough delegates through the primary election process is anti-democratic and pretty much exactly the playbook that got us #TFG last time. Newsom is a nonstarter. He has publicly said he is not doing it. Jesus, will you all stop fantasizing over a nameless, faceless Dem who will save the ticket?

Some articles this account posts are straight garbage. Some of them are good. Gotta do the sifting yourself unfortunately.

@BeAware pure conjecture, but they might still transit federated servers, which will receive the content ostensibly unencrypted. So if the scraper is actually federated on activity pub and we'll connected, it seems plausible.

@primalanomaly @aral miles of difference between the two. A social media platform is something you choose to participate in. What country you live in is not something that most folks have the ability to choose. Being stuck in a #fascist country is not a matter of choice, but spending any amount of time on X/Twitter is 100% a choice.
