@FinchHaven @inthehands This has nothing to do with LARP or cosplay. I see this pop up every now and then in discussions revolving around ICE, but it's just wrong. Both cosplay and LARP are about fandom and crafts, not violence. Violent forces will find no support in those communities, so please stop comparing.

@sinbad Possible. No pets and no carpets here. I basically live in a workshop though so saw dust exists. Maybe other things in other pockets catch dust faster than the USB socket. Or maybe it's just your pocket. Check if it has magical powers and tries to tell you something.

@sinbad huh, never had issues like that and I really don't care about my phone, it's in my Jeans pockets, jacket pockets, in my backpack with my groceries and in the kitchen on the counter where I cut food...

@sinbad I have never had any USB-C cable that wasn't super tight. I'd suspect you either have a bad cable or Apple used cheap ports. I also never had to clean a USB port either...

Yeah, there are piano pedals and guitar pedals. The guitar ones have a range. The piano ones don't. Both are correct in terms of how the actual thing works.

Anybody here got a #FairPhone 5 with 6 GB RAM who could tell me how much RAM the #Android on it is using? I was told the current Android uses 5 GB on its own and I am SHOCKED. My entire gaming PC runs off of less than 5 GB RAM, browser, background tasks and all, until I start a game. My current phone only has 4 GB and needs 2.5 for everything (old Android though).

@killyourfm Interesting - I would have expected they somehow modified the installer, as has Valve for the Deck.

You should be in a #union. You should be in a union if your job sucks, you should be in a union if you like your job but your payment or conditions suck, if you need to sue someone and also if you just want exchange with nice people who work in the same field. Also, we visited a brewery yesterday and I can very much confirm that being in a union also helps when you like to drink beer.
