You should be in a union if your job sucks, you should be in a union if you like your job but your payment or conditions suck, if you need to sue someone and also if you just want exchange with nice people who work in the same field. Also, we visited a brewery yesterday and I can very much confirm that being in a union also helps when you like to drink beer.
