I’m not saying that anything was justified, like if anything the FBI should have understood they were being baited and even the evil FBI under Janet Reno would post up outside of places and demand surrender. But if you were this guy and you went to the trouble of making specific threats about the time, place and even weapon you were going to use, you’d expect it wouldn’t go well.

@jeffcliff @donnayoungdc It seems to me like this is another polarized worldview thing, where people are only comfortable saying either “Covid was no big deal” or “we should have tried harder to beat it.”
Unfortunately, Covid was a pathogen created by a lab funded both by the US government and the Chinese Communist Party, and it was several months after the initial escape before the world reacted to it, so we never actually had a chance to stop it. We live in a different world now that we did in 2019.

It’s true that you don’t have to be a genius to be a welder, or a plumber, or an electrician, but there IS a degree of specialized knowledge behind them. The practical aspect could be a few tricks that you could look up, but then there's regulatory compliance, which is where laypeople would probably get in the most trouble doing things for themselves.

Turns out the entire time, her mom and sister were talking her out of it. In the white girl arena, you don’t just have to worry about the one girl, you have to worry about her entire family because someone somewhere is going to be an abortion loving permanent adolescent whispering in her ear.
Having to reroll in my late 30s, I found a Christian Pocahontas-American in her 20s and now I have kids plus a wife who doesn’t plan my life behind my back.

It only gets complicated if you take enough shit apart that you’re at risk of not remembering how it goes back together. To fix that, lay shit that you took apart out with the fasteners that belong to it in groups so you know what goes with what.
