絵文字がアニメーションになってるの可愛いんだけどちょっとチカチカするのでストロボとか苦手な人にはしんどいかもと思った。時々ブラウザでバグって怖いことになることもあるし。
I love the animated emojis, they are cute but sometimes I find sensitive people might not like them? Some of them are almost like strobe flash...

@cainmark it’s my fave too! I re-read it every few years. And I think about the “encyclopedia stick” all the time.

This is my son’s first year in high school. I saw the school was having a bake sale so I asked him if he signed up to bring anything, and he says yes. I was going to ask what he wanted me to bake, but he says “I’m baking blondies with friends”. He’s growing up ?

@annedrewhu Yeah I read this and Emiko Kawakami is one of the critics of Murakami tropes and I think she is spot on. Still like his books though. Her books are so very unique, I know she is very talented but not exactly my favorite author.

@smellsofbikes I like his short stories too. Not sure what it's called in English but I love the story of protagonist and his wife robs Mcdonalds. Can't remember the title right now...

@charleslaughlin Oh awesome! I read Norwegian Wood when I was 13 and still have the iconic red and green hard covered books. Love that story. I also loved Killing Commandatore too, it is so random lol. I like 1Q84 too. Only one I don't care for much is Kafka on the shore, which is REALLY popular overseas.

@Jos21Bell I've never seen him in person event. I want to one day!!
