Edited to add: I am really tired of fucking antisemites showing how fucking stupid they are. Their whole identity is hatred. There is no point in communicating with them because it demeans us. It is demeaning even to address these lies. Cue the infinite scream because I have no more words.

If you support Hamas or justify or G-d forbid even celebrate their violence against Israelis please do us all a favor and unfollow/block me. I have no interest in interacting with people who justify or celebrate these horrible acts.

I’m torn. Should I turn on reduce motion in my phone’s accessibility settings, or should I keep the default because a certain level of nausea and vertigo may help me reduce my screen time?

Disclaimer: I skimmed this article, I did not read it. To cut a long and tedious story short, the author’s Jewish friend put up a mezuzah for the author’s non-Jewish household. I’m not a fan of that but this is what bothers me most:

“At some point, we needed to have the woodwork repainted. The painters removed the mezuzah from the doorsill and discarded it. We didn’t realize it at first. When we did, I intended to get another one, but it slipped my mind.”

I feel a visceral pain thinking of the mezuzah scroll destroyed. And the casual way she discusses it. I can’t even afford them for all my indoor doorways. The main thrust of the article seems to be that mezuzahs will magically protect non-Jews from burglaries. Again, that is my impression after not reading it, because it honestly is not worth reading. #Mazeldon #Mezuzah #Jewish

@GreenSkyOverMe It did go away eventually but probably not because of anything I did. I restarted my phone, restarted WiFi, did a lesson, no change, but then I checked back after a bit and it showed the streak.
