     @kolev @effy @serge Mmm, that sounds wonderful. I never would have thought of that. Will have to give it a try.

     I sometimes make a vegan sour cream from one of Isa’s cookbooks. I think it is basically cashew cream and lemon.

     @littlemiao Yeah, I've used silken tofu with lime juice and salt before. I'm just lazy and use guac.
