I’ve only gotten as far as reading the intro screens. I hope they stay available to read later.

I look forward to the review.
I’m not certain I see any advantage in blending my silos yet.
Facets is a non-profit distributor mostly, that has apparently been closed for long periods the past few years but still an entity.
The walk in retail media store front they once had, I’m not sure if that has been around lately at all, and was what I was asking info about, from current area natives.
@WarnerCrocker Does Facets still keep their dvd/bluray/home media store?
Keep in mind last I heard of Facets VHS was the only option and Blockbuster was still a major concern for rental or buying. Mid 90s.
@WarnerCrocker he wouldn’t foot the bill himself. We would. And the consequences
@WarnerCrocker nah gonna do it
@WarnerCrocker I’m not certain, but I think a modernist architect friend of mine may have found it offensive, or wildly inaccurate.
If upset, or on the other hand, excited, his language becomes vague ambiguous poetry.
Usually those in the arts in Chicago know a lot of architects, and their opinions. I’m off to read if your thoughts brushed up against similar perhaps less opaque, opinions.
Besides treating a real number like some nugget of gold that can be resold multiple times to all sorts of bad actors (‘business’), there are practical supposedly honest reasons.
The security theatre of ‘authenticating’ you by ‘text’. 2FA scam
If you have questions and call, it is the fastest way to pull up records of the order and tracking. A 10 digit phone number is easier to understand over voice lines that a 32 digit alphanumeric tracking number the customer usually doesn’t have
From your instance name…
Aren’t there streaming networks dedicated to Horror Films and TV?
Not every style is my cup of tea, I’m a bit old school, but I’d hope for eclecticism.

Why was it released in two volumes in the first place?
@WarnerCrocker Wondering what the lake ice is like. But otherwise, not interested in minus infinity in the least.
@WarnerCrocker I think many indoor plumbing innovations may have originated in Chicago. Wasn’t ’Standard’ from Chicago?
@WarnerCrocker I think it’s an extremely walkable city, (to a degree), but I know my own car doesn’t even like speeds below 35 much.
@jwz my favorite RSS feed reader was built with a UI a lot like a Mail app, but I never saw any one trying to combine them.
@WarnerCrocker I had a bit of expressway sluggishness entering and exiting even in off hours, but it did not seem harrowing, comparatively. It also it’s a boon to have the CTA about.
@WarnerCrocker it’s been decades since I’ve driven into Chicago. There was road construction then but it didn’t bother me much.
The advantage of being a tourist: you walk more places, hire more cabs, and your getting in and out of the city often does not overlap with rush hour, by mere happenstance.
It is a comfortable city to drive IMO. I’d never want to drive in Manhattan or L.A. or Atlanta, many other cities. There is a luxury not being scheduled constrained, being out of the rat race
@WarnerCrocker just thought I’d add a more direct infographic, which I believe is in the article you linked.
@WarnerCrocker ‘Box Office Bomb’ would be an interesting movie title.
@WarnerCrocker At postage stamp size, I thought the football player was Gerald Ford.
