PS having grown my own potatoes this year, I am going to attempt homemade tater chips soon with my airfryer.
PPS if you're thinking of purchasing an airfryer, consider one that will up the price by about $30 generally speaking and also has dehydration capabilities. I cannot believe how much I am able to now store ready on the shelf by dehydrating. Of course the usual suspects but also things like eggs milk and cheese.....they turn into powder!
