You all know how much I like my morning croissants. I’ve been baking them (from frozen, basically — lightly thawed at room temperature first), but recently my usual Pyrex pans were already in use so I decided to try an aluminum pan (Costco lasagna/shepherd’s pie tray). OMG they come out so much better than in oven-safe glassware!

@Lizette603_23 I may even have some parchment paper on-hand. I forget, now, why I have it, but there was something I used to make semi-regularly (maybe a decade ago) that meant I ran out of it every couple of years.
