    Browsing personal sites that don't use any javascript at all is very comforting to me. It's just plain and simple, there's not a need to add any more to it. How can it get better than that?

    @TerminalAutism @ryo @ArdainianRight Why do these emulators need to be run on hardware that's more powerful than the hardware that they are based upon? Genuine question, I am not very knowledgeable about this.

    @ryo @TerminalAutism @ArdainianRight I was actually debating on buying a more expensive computer to handle newer games, but then I remembered that I don't really play modern games and am playing on an emulator 99% of the time.

    Although I'd like to abandon these kinds of sites altogether, I wish that I was able to use some sort of front-end for Nico Nico Douga and Pixiv. At least it's somewhat easy to access and download content from both.

    @blaaablaaaa @GayHateAlliance @Ghislaine @Paultron I used to drink flavored water beverages with aspartame when they were chic and popular a while back. I strongly believe that they triggered my headaches, because once I'd stop drinking them and replaced the drinks with the unsweetened variety, the headaches stopped occurring. I have heard of other people getting headaches from aspartame as well.

That's why you see all of these monopolies around that totally dwarf their competitors — they have no real competition. People naturally align towards convenience and what ever is most the most popular. It gives them a 'sense' of familiarity.

    @ryo @PhenomX6 @TerminalAutism @amerika @bot @parker I can understand the difficulty for an audience part but I find the Fedi fairly simple to use, and I'm not too very technically inclined at all (At least, I believe that to be the case compared to the average person). The UI is pretty simple and easy navigable, and everything on the user-end is accessible due to it's readability. I had no trouble at all adapting.
