@blaaablaaaa @GayHateAlliance @Ghislaine @Paultron I used to drink flavored water beverages with aspartame when they were chic and popular a while back. I strongly believe that they triggered my headaches, because once I'd stop drinking them and replaced the drinks with the unsweetened variety, the headaches stopped occurring. I have heard of other people getting headaches from aspartame as well.

Interesting, I figured the aspartame was horrible but if it acts like a nuke and gets rid of everything that could be used as a reset of sorts. Apparently, most wheat products that aren't organic and are treated with glyphosate act like an antibiotic and constantly kill off beneficial gut microbiome.

@blaaablaaaa @GayHateAlliance @Ghislaine i don't have any clinical evidence, but i know the sugar free beverages are horrible for the gut flora and kills them en masse
which i think opens up a lot of room for probiotic replacements to grow, so when you're eating super clean the best parts of the probiotic formula that tend to thrive on a clean diet outcompete the less desireable flora

@GayHateAlliance @Ghislaine drink a bunch of sugar free soda to firebomb your gut flora then start on probiotics tbh
if you eat the good things after the gut flora holodomor then the new replacements will be the ones that like good things (in my experience)

I suggest at least avoid any foods or drinks with any chemical stuff with fancy names, or better avoid any industrial foods or drinks at all.
