@sun @Remi Disney's been part of anime longer than I've been alive, but generally in the background for Ghibli stuff. The Fireball series is amusing and solely Disney, if you count 3d-CG targeted at Japan. I think they have done some streaming only things alone too, but I don't pay much attention to those.

@lain @justnormalkorean The women in the series look a bit manly in the face if looked at a certain way, I think it's more likely an artifact of designing the artstyle for men first than intentionally trying to make goddesses into gods secretly. You see the opposite with a lot of anime where the women are designed as primary focus so the men seem feminine because of style matching.

@Humpleupagus @LivingSpaceStudios @WandererUber @nugger There's some without restrictions at all and you don't have to necessarily live somewhere to create a trust there. Even if you're in a state with restrictions just make a family owned corporation with really hard to meet requirements to change anything important to you.

@ColonReport I don't think the charge for "disrupting school activities" is going to stick if he fights it, it's a legal stretch. Principal could definitely do a civil case for defamation/slander, but nothing criminal really applies.

Heads up that the feds quietly passed a law penalizing any corporation owner (yes, even the guy who runs a restaurant as an LLC) $500 per day and jail time for not submitting a report to the feds by year end. Expect to see this selectively enforced against whatever groups the government doesn't like.
