I want Kamala Harris to be the Republican candidate, so I can vote for the Democratic Socialist on the left with broad support and a realistic plan to decarbonize the economy in their first 100 days. I also want ranked-choice voting, a cure for baldness and pet pony. I don't live in that world. So I'll vote for Harris and the Democratic coalition, because it's my best nudge in that direction.
