I'm currently learning to drive, buying a car is my next expense. The issue though is that it's actually more economically viable for me to get a bus into work each day then to pay all the insurances / fuel / etc that goes into a car.

To be fair, I actually haven't been listening to music on the bus lately. I did mean to bring my earphones today but forgot lmao.

I was very tired when I posted this and was putting up with the annoying "ehehehe" as they sat directly in front of me and did giggly shit the entire 20 minute bus ride.

Programmers were not "low-skill" in the 80s, these people are retarded.

People need to impose limitations upon themselves to get better. Instead of viewing computer resources as unlimited start viewing it with a very definite limit. Stop looking at shit like "it's unoptimized but it doesn't matter because the computer picks up the slack". Optimize your program until it's within your written limits.

Programmers back in the day worked with fuck all for RAM, space and no dedicated graphics. Their shit worked because they had to find clever and fast ways to do EVERYTHING.

Fuck man, the amount of times I play a game and the level reload takes 5 minutes because they re-cache and reload EVERYTHING is retarded. You already have the resources, you just need to reset them.

As a visual experience I think it delivers on the "cyberpunk" genre better than anything I've seen outside of Ghost In The Shell. Those city shots were fucking wild.

Might check out Mardock Scramble but that psychedelic look usually doesn't grab me :{
