If anyone is using #eero and noticing oddities today, about ~20 hours ago, Eero support indicated a problem with their app. But supposedly as of 5 hours ago it was "resolved".
Right now, if you try to use the app, it will claim you're not signed in. If you attempt to sign in via email / phone number, it may initially say it doesn't recognize the address.
Keep trying. They're under load as -everyone- is having to sign back in again.
Be aware: your port forwards may be nuked and need re-doing
@thomasfuchs The only differentiating factors I've found so far are:
- tricking software into running my next tabletop RPG session is infinitely funnier than sad randomized monkey hexagons - and a hell of a lot cheaper than hoarding GPUs and ASICs
@aburka@thomasfuchs Pretty sure that's right. I like to think of it as "public posts your instance needed to grab anyways" (because someone was following that content on your instance)
