@daj@_elena The next release of Ivory will work with GoToSocial. We've made a bunch of low level code updates so services that use alphanumeric post ID's that play nicely with Mastodon should work in Ivory.
Ivory 2.2.3 is now available for both iOS AND Mac (finally)!
For Mac:
- New customizable navigation design. - Improved right-click menu for posts and profiles. - You can now open posts and profiles in their own windows. - Blueprint app icon.
For iOS:
- Fixed widget colors when using tinted theme. - Fixed a bug where the share sheet would crash when sharing URLs.
For iOS & Mac:
- Improved widget performance. - News widget - Local/Federated/Trending timelines added to the timeline widget.
@tchambers Testflight and App store subs are not interoperable and completely unrelated. If you want to stay on testflight you just resub. No real money is transferred.
@BeAware There's a filter tab. On iOS, if you hold down on one of the last 3 tab icons, you can select other tabs. It won't let you see or edit filters you created on the website. That's on our list of things to do (and those ones just work). But you can create and edit Ivory filters.
:ivory_boost: And like that, Ivory 2.1 is available on the App Store! Automatic updates roll out slowly over a week so if you want to grab it now, just head to the app store page and download:
A few new things to check out in TestFlight for our beta testers. The iOS/iPadOS TestFlight update is out now. Still waiting for Apple to approve the version for Mac (hopefully by the end of the day).
@BeAware Try to share screenshots or a video capture of it not behaving correctly. There's always a chance you are experiencing some bug we are unaware of.
@BeAware It should remember your CamelCased hashtag if it's still in your history or if you make it a featured hashtag. Here's a test showing it works as expected. I created a new post on a test account with 2 CamelCased hashtags and the second screenshot shows what pops up right when I tap the # key.
@hongminhee Unfortunately Ivory doesn't support services that use alphanumeric post ID's. Since we are based on a Twitter client, we never had to deal with that. It's something we hope to fix in the future, but it requires a lot of work in our low level code.
@BeAware We already do that? When you hit the hashtag button in the toolbar of compose, we first display your featured hashtags and after that, your hashtag history.
The hashtags tab has received a makeover and now includes the ability to create Hashtag Lists! Curate multiple hashtags into a single timeline that you can access the same way you can access regular Lists. Currently available to try on Mac and iOS over on TestFlight.
The last beta featured our new share sheet extension and we know it’s been a long wait for the App Store release, but we are almost there! Trying to finish up a few more tasks so we can get this big update out ASAP.
@mikeymikey@fay59@kern Yes, 2 finger swipe up or down. If you have the auto light/dark mode disabled, swiping up switches between light theme colors and swiping down switches between dark theme colors. You can disable the gesture in the Behavior settings.
A Mastodon Client for iOS & Mac. We try our best to answer questions here, but sometimes are unable to. We generally don’t see mentions on weekends and holidays.Get stickers and other Ivory/Tapbots goods here: https://cottonbureau.com/people/tapbots
