@inthehands it's even worse now because HR runs the listing through AI to "make it sound more professional" or something with no attempt to verify that it didn't change the meaning. Recently caught them doing this at my work with JDs that had actually been written by engineering, but got corrupted by clueless HR on the way to LinkedIn
