For me, it's when people use "it's" to show possession. Drives me up the flippin' wall. Or, even worse, its'... argggghhh! The word "it" NEVER takes an apostrophe unless one means "it is" (or in some cases for "it has", as in "it's been done before").

I know that we do a lot of synchronized eye-rolling and laughing. Every time I see her, I hand her a piece of paper with new information about how to move to Canada cuz they need doctors. I'd miss her like crazy, but she has young daughters ... I wish she'd take them away from the crap here.
