@silverwizard The suggested searches have long revealed both the general ignorance as well as the blind trust in the machine some people have.
That the chatbots are more personable could only increase the affordance in that regard. I get that it’s foreign for us people who are enjoying thinking, but we’ve never been the majority.
@clacke The US embassies in at least Denmark, France and Belgium have issued the same kind of letter, which means that your acquaintance seems to be refusing to engage with the current reality. I don't blame them, but I wouldn't trust them about American news going forward.
