They wind up free basing it, rocking it up and smoking it or injecting it because snorting anything will fuck your nose and sinuses up 😏 even when I was in jail this last time some guy was giving me some of his Suboxone which came in a powder, he would get a dose but have a plastic bag in his mouth to catch it and would save it up. I was doing it just to pass the time easier. Eventually it started fucking my nostrils up and had bloody boogers. Never snorting that shit again
