It’s not a chemical imbalance, it’s not emotional or spiritual, they’re physically different. One of the signs of that is there’s no cure and it can be detected very early. There may be physiological processes which contribute to it, but from what I understand, it’s physical. May have something to do with the brain not pruning braincells, which happens normally.
