Nick Rekieta is lucky Minnesota allowed him one free chance to change the judge in his criminal trial. He almost ended up with the female judge presiding over Montagraph's defamation case against him that he had been drunkenly shit talking on stream for the past year. He's still going to jail if he takes his case to trial, but with her presiding he'd probably end up buried under the prison.
