That got expensive. He did not check for ground water using dousing rods like I did. He just told them to "drill here".
When they showed up to my place to start, I saw the guy with one copper dousing rod and searching for the other. I gave him mine and told him "right here". He checked it and the rods were spinning like a helicopter and he said "No shit!" I went to get something to eat and when I came back he said "We hit water at 40' and it's BEAUTIFUL water."
