Just stop telling yourself you can't do it and pretend you're some confident dude like me or Dan and just talk to girls until you get some actual confidence of your own.
Secondly, as I've told you before, knock off the self despairigation. Even if nobody else sees it, it still has a negative effect on your entire mentality of being some big dick Chad.
