@Murray_N @freemo @realcaseyrollins @teknomunk really good policing comes from them being meshed in to the local communities. ex. when we had beat cops, or as japan does it with having police booths everywhere. people know each other and that includes knowing the local uniform.

we already know from some social studies that the motor pools disconnect people from the cops :comfyshrug: like. we basically already know how to fix most of this shit. just literally do what japan does in most situations and you have it probably right
