It appears he is in some empty bar or club that must have been a relic of the old world, and the electricity must still be running since there's lights. He seems to be stumbling around looking for a drink. Anyway it looks like a pretty good scene especially with the slowed down version of Expresso by Sabrina Carpenter. I remember hallucinating pretty hard based on this short video clip, like one day that would be ME!
