This is a thing I hear, yeah. People say that. A friend of mine told me that I should throw out everything King ever wrote and just read the Dark Tower series and so I will probably do that if I ever decide to do Stephen King but also I am not likely to ever think "Man...I gotta get into Stephen King."

I remember when they brought back Perfect Strangers and it tanked so badly that they killed it after a few episodes but one of those episodes was that they were eating this root that made them want to eat more of the root and also it got them all jazzed about terrible ideas and I have had basically no reason to remember that show so just now it hit me "Oh, that was a joke about cocaine."

But ALSO if we're gonna talk about terrible ideas and cocaine and Stephen King: *ahem*.
