- Embed this notice@Morghur @skylar @cjd @WhitestTemplar @Hoss @sun Well, they have those mindsets because alot of the voting boomers live OUTSIDE the cities in quiet little communities where they are literally surrounded by other middle class white boomers. So of course they say "we shouldn't be mean to "them"" because they never deal with the actual problems these policies create.
For example the gas station i go to to get smokes is literally in the middle of the hood with like loitering black guys, homeless who come up to your car and ask for money, ect. But boomers want to be "compassonate" for these people and yet they would never, ever actually go to the gas station 1 because they live in their isolated communities 2 because they are actually scared of brown people.
Its super shitty, they sit behind their big walled off communities and force the rest of us to deal with shit.
Though, I'm happy about medical care and insurance costs doubling because finally, I think the boomers are going to feel the squeeze and won't be isolated much longer
