How about not putting your military hospital next to legitimate military targets. Iran isn't required to be precise when sending missiles. I wouldn't be surprised to discover that Israel was running operations in the basement.

I also note the israel is literally targeting Israeli officials in their homes and regardless of whether other civilians are present. This is also the same country that detonated pagers without confirming who possessed them at the time of detonation, and thereby, injured innocent civilians. It's was a literal war crime, but it's israel. The rules don't apply to them.
