I've seen those studies. Those were in the debate scripts and people cite the papers but half the time they don't even know what was *in* the papers.

I don't know what part of "I'm an asshole" you failed to grasp, but I'm a real bastard and anything in the vicinity of diaper-sniper advocacy is a goddamn horror. Nobody likes lying, it drains you: the thing that holds people back is that they're worried that people will dislike them or won't do what they want them to do. I don't give a shit about either of those things.
