      @Lyx @Tony @Humpleupagus @NonPlayableClown I did my 5 mile run today, but it was brutal. The air is so heavy and soupy that you can’t get a second wind at any point. But I finished it, which, for beat-up 50-year-old knees is an accomplishment in itself. Still felt like I got run over by a car afterward though.

      When i lived in florida i just about died the first summer I was there. Goddamn 90 degrees and 90% humidity - going outside is like going out into a sauna

      Gained 6lbs last week from starting, then lost it this week and now look "thiccer".

      I'm tellin you, creatine is where its at. Its the one supplement iv'e done (never been a roid dude or interested) that noticeably makes you stronger/look bigger.

      Its a phosphate donor in the atp cycle. It helps convert adp into atp. It's slow though. So it's good for activities with breaks, e.g. lifting or sprinting. Not so much for running long distances.

      Idk, in my experience it works. But you have to do like a week long "load" phase and then keep taking it everyday or your body flushes it out.

      It just draws more water into your muscles and helps with recovery and makes you look a little more plump.

      The best thing i've found for running is eating a lot and not being fat.

      I was in cross country in highschool so i used to be able to run like 6-10 miles everyday, but that was 40lbs and 15 years ago so, i doubt i'll ever get into running again.

      I feel so much better. You feel so much lighter. I have like another 10lbs to go, but even now I can jog/run again without getting super winded. Even 20lbs makes your knees and joints start hurting

      I have a keirig or whatever it's called and it was a game changer for me. I have the reusable metal cup thing and its so nice to do one cup at a time so you don't have to drink a whole pot/forget about the pot and have it get sour.

      Also, the reusable things are so much better because the k cups are like $3/cup

      I get so angry though, there's a cool little coffee shop a few blocks away from me, but their dark roast is ass.

      Idk what it is about some places but the coffee is just so awful and it makes me sad because i'd love to walk there every day but the coffee tastes like ass. It's like sour and burnt.
