  Man the way you counted those bars really messed with my head! Things like that work really well as a highlight, but should be used sparingly to add contrast to a basic 4 bar loop.

  @charlie_root @Humpleupagus had to put on dt770-pro to hear it. the intro siren/horn sounded like a resonated version of prodigy's horns of jericho (just an observation, not a critique).
  
  when you start getting to 00:14 and the buzz waveform kicks in. it feels like the cutoff needs to be adjusted so it's more heavier sounding, it feels like the freq cutoff is somewhere in the middle to upper quadrant. try pulling in some low-end so it rolls out a bit better.
  
  at 00:32 when the buzz waveform starts to cycle and flatten i think it's also dealing with some cutoff issues or that's how it sounds so it loses some of it's drive during that cycle
  
  the beat structure is great as most of yours are, there's a good punctuation on the anti-beat which is where my head is bouncing to.
  
  sum: experiment with the cutoffs on the buzz waveform, see if you can thicken the sauce, chef.

  That formant style bass in Serum, and I'm using minimal audio's Ripple phaser and an automated comb filter to swing it up and down the frequencies, I'm thinking I need to tweak it a little but it does cool shit to the synths. If I never end up buying Current, I will definitely be purchasing Ripple Phaser and Swarm Reverb, phenomenal tools for EDM, bass music application, super underrated.

When you add your own filters you're effectively creating a new synth. Current just has all the normal synth stuff plus the effects you have/want. Personally, I have too many synths and I don't know them as well as I could if I just owned one and learned it's edges.

  Playing with risers and a Reece bass on this one. I think this is the start of a solid buildup, the Reece bass notes will change though, I just wanted to hear how it sounded going down the scale.
