@schnedan Arresting a head of state is considered an act of war for most countries. It does not matter who is leading the government, as none will risk a war over an arrest warrant.

But what about the US. Its not even part of the international court. remember the war crimes made public by wikileaks. the then president assigned medals of honor to the criminals (and such committed a crime himself) and hunted Assange.

Arresting Netanyahu would result in economic sanctions, & probably a forced military extraction by America 🇺🇸 of Bibi from whatever European nation was foolish enough to attempt to arrest him.
European nations know this, hence the reason why several are publicly stating they would not execute the warrant.
All heads of state are granted diplomatic immunity when traveling abroad.

He technically has diplomatic immunity when traveling abroad, so ICC warrants would not be enforced.

@turbobob If you looked at history, you would understand why no government will arrest foreign government leaders. That is why several European nations are back tracking on their previous ICC statements.
Presidents, Prime Ministers, etcetera, have diplomatic immunity. This supersedes whatever warrants ICC sends out. That is the legal reality. ICC member nations have ignored ICC requests before when they were issued against heads of state in the past, & that pattern will continue.
