But what about the US. Its not even part of the international court. remember the war crimes made public by wikileaks. the then president assigned medals of honor to the criminals (and such committed a crime himself) and hunted Assange.

The US has no right to raise its voice when it comes to international law until it prosecutes its own criminals... including presidents!
