@turbobob If you looked at history, you would understand why no government will arrest foreign government leaders. That is why several European nations are back tracking on their previous ICC statements.

Presidents, Prime Ministers, etcetera, have diplomatic immunity. This supersedes whatever warrants ICC sends out. That is the legal reality. ICC member nations have ignored ICC requests before when they were issued against heads of state in the past, & that pattern will continue.
