   @schnedan Arresting a head of state is considered an act of war for most countries. It does not matter who is leading the government, as none will risk a war over an arrest warrant.

   There is precedence for ignoring ICC requests, which I posted about earlier this year on @darnell@darnell.tv: https://darnell.tv/2024/04/30/israel-icc/
