IQ is largely genetic. I know one black guy that is extremely intelligent. He has a Ph.D. in physics / engineering. He designs medical lasers. He was highly intelligent even as a child.
His dad was an engineer (he ran CAD on a 386 when I was a kid). His mom was a biologist. The brother isn't nearly as intelligent, and in fact, used to literally drool on himself.
Some people win the genetic lottery, some don't, and on average, race is a factor in determining the odds. -

My body isn't made to be a top level basketball player, and no amount of desire and training will over come that.
You can not make a person more intelligent than they are wired to be just like you can't make me a 6'8" power forward. You can help a person develop their intelligence such they can make the most of what they have, but you can't give them more than what they have, not without somehow rewriting their DNA.
People have limits, we are born with them. Life isn't some anime where you can train every day to become some kind of super human. Groups of people, being different, will inevitably have their own average intelligence level, just like average height, skin tone, eye color, speed, etc. You might hate it, but it is what it is. -

Now Let's say maybe the white raw intelligence has been lowered by more than 80% but the black raw intelligence has been lowered by more than a higher percent it could explain part of the difference between white and black raw intelligence scores

But I would suggest that kike propaganda has done more to lower black intelligence tests scores then genetic differences between whites & blacks
Just how many points would you estimate that kike propaganda lowers their intelligence? It's going to have to be a substantial number to support this argument.

I would suggest that kike propaganda has lowered black, white, hispanic & asian raw intelligence scores by more than 80% of what it could be
So maybe if you multiply the average score by 5 it would exceed the maximum score on the raw intelligence test
But I believe if you used a hard enough test with enough questions where the current average score multiplied by 5 does not exceed the maximum then it would prove my point
