     They could just be aging out, have other responsibilities like their job, kids, keeping their house, they just don't bother with it as a community much any longer. And kids are on tiktok now I understand.

     It's not really a free speech issue per se. I think a lot of the late redditors were reactionary against the pre-existing internet culture, which was predominantly lean right.
