@CatLord @doctorsex @Dagnar Christianity has been under cultural and political attack since the boomers hit their teens. My entire life has been nothing but every government, media, and internet person shitting on Christianity. Now that society is falling apart, people once again recognize the values in the thing they once mocked. I try to make peace, and most of my mutuals know that I won't attack them for not being Christian, but I'll gladly spar LARPagans all day when they start lying and spreading D&C to attack Christianity.

It is like a Mexican father who loves his wife and works overtime to provide the best for his family. Versus your deadbeat cousin who is on drugs all the time and abandoned the mother of his child.
That Mexican is a better person than your cousin, but that Mexican also isn't family. It's great that Mexican is a great father, and you can respect him for it, but he's not your family. Your deadbeat cousin is.

Some people like myself understand there’s a fine line to walk. I really truly love my People, and my genetic legacy and inheritence, nation and family … and daily pour myself out to better their lives.
At the same time, the One that put me here in the first place, to share in these things with these people, has articulated certain clear expectations; that if we disregard them, will be either offensive to Him, destructive to ourselves, and typically some combination the two.
So there’s a balance to be struck; that’s mostly alleviated by the fact this same One *also* cares for the same people I care about.
That being said, I’m careful not to get too comfortable in the Face of the Almighty God.
Since I *actually* believe this is 100% real, and am not merely pretending because it’s some “religion“ or whatnot, it has some sincere constraints and implications. -

You Christians believe wholly that your Bible is the Truth as handed down by God and absolutely nothing can contravene or dispute it. Therefore, your use of "truth" must be seen from that filter. You are attempting to impose your idea of Truth, as written in your Book. -

Sola Scriptura is some weird heretical modernism.

My primary concern as far as religion (and by extension, metaphysics) is concerned is whether or not something is true and the ability of that system to provide answers with explanatory power to whatever underlying questions I can think of. Anything other than that is at best short-sighted, and at worst, absolutely cynical. If you are "bringing it back" because you sincerely believe it's true, your ancestors would disagree, because they converted. If you're bringing it back just because it's politically expedient or some similar reason, then you aren't concerned with the truth, and would likely be perfectly fine with structuring White identity around lies so long as they make you feel good. -
