  TL;DR - Platinum's wife passed away and he was on the fediverse for a time. He expected everyone to come to his defense at any given time no matter what because of this fact. When people were apprehensive about doing so, due to how new he was to NCD, he got upset about it. Some users said some pretty mean things to him about it, and so on and so forth. I can understand his frustration and anger, but it seems like he used the passing of his wife as a tool for leverage in arguments but it's one of those things most people (myself included) are apprehensive to touch on because of how sensitive in nature it is.
