When I got to 50 nobody gave me a book called “What’s Happening To My Body Now?”

#Today I have been rehearsing “things I may say to people one day”.

PERSON A: You know what you did. And if you don't know what you did that's 100 times worse.

PERSON B: I'm not saying you're a bad person—oh wait yes I am, you're a bad person.

PERSON C: You lost your company because you trusted PERSON B, and I tried to warn you about them so. many. times.

I may never say these things, but it's nice to keep them at the back of my mind.

It's nice to be appreciated, but I really want my employer to stop celebrating everything with alcohol and giving gifts of alcohol to employees and clients.
