@indivisibleteam Trump's a convicted felon and rapist and won the presidency. Even if the report is released or leaked, the GOP will barely shrug. Fox won't even report it. Their voters either won't be made aware of its contents by their Facebook feeds or will simply ignore it.

@liztai I cry at everything - drama, Disney movies, some commercials. And almost *always* at live music. I also laugh out loud even when on my own to comedy - especially standup.

I cannot watch horror movies. Body horror literally keeps me up at night.

Not sure what that says about me, either. 😆

@clacksee @goatsarah The place is clearly due some sort of hard reset. I had hope it could avoid it - at least within my lifetime, now I'm not so sure.

The first US civil war wasn't, really, civil. Because there was a foreign occupying power to fight. Maybe every nation has to go through a 'proper' one. It certainly feels like the nation is irreperably split. Maybe that will keep them occupied for the next 4 years.

Last week there was a *lengthy* discussion about some DEI topic or other (genuinely can't remember exactly what it was) in my feed and people (mostly men but not all, by any means) were falling over each other to show their whole asses in the replies. 😆

@liztai There's been a definite uptick in posts like that on Li - politics and such. I think it's since Twitter became so awful.

@OldAndCranky There seems to be an idea riven through our societies that merely being at 'the top' is proof that one is worthy of being there. Thanks to the internet and social media, this is now more demonstrably untrue than ever.

I have no idea what Twitter and Reddit think of the #Fallout series because honestly, I couldn't give a shit but I think it's great! Just enough fan service and a genuinely good show to boot. As a fan of the games, I'd have been happy with either.
