i think the only silver lining about propaganda is that now governments do not have total 100% control of it anymore. we have the means to utilize it, but it often feels like propaganda is either a corrupting power (isnt this an oxymoron due to all power being corrupting?) or otherwise playing with fire that you cant fully control. everyone does create propaganda to some extent. xnfm wouldnt be as big without their own propaganda
