Receiving phone calls on a #smartphone (touchscreen) is such a pain sometimes. My #phone rang this morning and I couldn't answer it. Kept swiping up but the app wasn't responding. Annoying.

I do like phones with buttons better, but I like having #apps more. 🤷♀️

For some unknown reason, I managed to #sleep ~8 hours last night. With a li'l interruption, but it was pretty much 7~8 hours.

No idea what I did right to get that much sleep. Nothing really different with my day yesterday, as far as I can tell.

Oh wait. I did get a massage in the middle of the day. 🤔

No, I don't think that was it.

I went shopping?
Not that.

Had chicken sisig and juice.
Nope.

Lasagna and long black coffee.
Nope.

Leek gyoza and tea?

I missed last* Sunday, but I rode on Wednesday to the #bike shop on a hill, which was quite a workout. So that makes up for it.

This Sunday is easy lazy riding with Grey ⚫🚲. Not much of a workout but still good for moving and circulation. Don't want my #Qi/Chi getting sluggish, right? 🤪

I know. Once a week is still too little. Let's see if I'll do some extra riding this week. Like, to breakfast or dinner, just because. 🚴♀️

At the mall.

I was so happy about the rain I decided I'd step out... 🚶♀️🏠... and forgot my mask. 😷

Yeah yeah. It's not the best in fashion. But I like it. Like a security blanket.

So I got the day off and I tried to get some proper 💤s. Unsuccessfully.

Since it's time for our weekly meeting and I'm awake anyway, I decided to show up for the meeting...

Yesterday morning (work time) I asked my boss to let me have today Wednesday off. Sleep has been worse for me lately. With #sleep being only a few minutes, twice a day if I'm lucky. I've survived but it can only keep happening for so long. I made the right call because around 4PM I was no longer very functional.

After work I managed to sleep about 3 hours. 😐 I guess I can call that an improvement. 🤷♀️

I don't have to work today. Maybe now my brain can relax and get better sleep.

Pleased to say that I did my Sunday morning ride! 😃🚴♀️ As a reward, I had a chicken burger. 😋🍔

Saw something interesting today. I've done my riding a few times in that neighborhood but today I looked up and saw a huuuuuge statue of what looks like #SaintMary holding baby #Jesus, on top of what would have been a home on a residential street, but is now apparently owned or used by a religious entity.

I spent quite a bit for 2 sets of tires (interior + exterior) with installation. 940 pesos. Not bad, actually. The pro did everything. I didn't break a sweat. 🤪
